HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Your package usually arrives in Hungary within 3-4 days from the time of payment, and within 7 days anywhere in Europe. The exception to this is 1 week after the start of the new collections, in which case, due to the large amount of orders, the delivery of the packages may take longer! The parcels are delivered to your home by GLS and their local partners.
HOW MUCH DOES THE POSTAGE COST AND WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
We send packages with GLS courier service. Within Hungary, the shipping cost is HUF 1,900, and it is free for purchases worth HUF 60,000. In the case of foreign delivery, we currently deliver everywhere within Europe, however, GLS's partner company often takes the foreign packages. In this case, the remuneration differs from country to country. The cost of delivery to neighboring countries ranges from HUF 3,500, beyond HUF 4,500 to HUF 7,500.
I ORDERED WITH PERSONAL COLLECTION. WHEN AND WHERE CAN I GO TO GET MY PACKAGE?
You can pick it up in person at the showroom or at the office in Keszthely, during opening hours, usually from the 3rd day after the order is placed. But as soon as your package has been prepared, the system will automatically notify you by email!

HOW LONG CAN I SEND MY ORDER BACK?
In case of home delivery, you have 14 days from receipt to return the product.
In the case of personal collection, you have 14 days from the email notification to cancel the order or return it. In the showroom, you have the opportunity to try on and review the ordered garment immediately, so you can even ask for an exchange or cancel the purchase on the spot.
HOW CAN I SEND THE PRODUCT BACK THAT WAS NOT GOOD?
You can return the product to the office address: VIKTORIABOLLA office / Keszthely 8360 Lovassy út 7b 1st floor, if you don't want to pay postage, you can return it personally to the showroom: 1024 Budapest, Keleti Károly utca 17 street front). But please let us know the fact and method of return by email first.
WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU RECOMMEND?
In the office, we can only receive returned packages during working hours, so based on experience, GLS packages arrive smoothly.
WHAT OPTIONS CAN I CHOOSE FROM TO REFUND THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT?
It's up to you! You can receive the price of the product either as a coupon or as a full refund. We do not refund the shipping fee, only the price of the product. Bank processing time for the refund is 5-10 days.
CAN I EXCHANGE THE SIZE?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a size exchange. If you want to change sizes, we are happy to help you personally in the showroom during opening hours. In the case of an online order, we ask that you return the product that was not good, we will refund the price - and place a new order for the correct size.
IN WHAT CONDITION CAN I SEND THE PRODUCT BACK?
We can only take back clothes that are in perfect condition, no tags have been removed, they have not been worn or washed, and they have not suffered any accidents while trying on.
If the condition of the returned product does not meet the above, you can pick up the product in the showroom during opening hours or, unfortunately, we can only resend it to you against repeated shipping costs.
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO SEND A COURIER FOR THE CLOTHING I WANT TO RETURN?
Naturally! We are very happy to make it easier for you to return it. Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of it! The courier will pick up the package at the time and place agreed in the email, and the delivery fee (HUF 1,900) will be deducted from the refund amount.
HOW CAN I PAY?
Currently, four payment options are available on the website: bank card, bank transfer, cash and cash on delivery. Payment by bank card works through the Stripe interface, which is completely safe and very easy to manage! With cash on delivery, you can pay with the GLS courier when you receive the package - there is an additional fee of HUF 490. Both payment by bank transfer and cash are free.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY PACKAGE FOR PRE-ORDER?
If you had a product in your basket that we manufacture for pre-order, your entire order will be delivered at the same time. Products that can be pre-ordered are produced within 3-4 weeks of payment. As soon as the finished garment arrives, we will notify you immediately and send it to you!
IN WHAT ORDER WILL THE PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We always pay close attention to sending out orders in the order they are received, however, for pre-orders, we may need to make larger quantities of certain products, so their production time may be longer.

WHAT IS THE PROUD MEMBER LOGIN COUPON?
It fills us with immense pride that an ever-larger camp is among our regular customers, which of course we would like to reward separately! That is why you will receive a regular customer coupon card with your first order, on which you can collect 10 stickers. We send a sticker with every complete order. If you fill your card with 10 stickers, you can choose anything from the currently available pieces of the VB Essentials collection.
HOW CAN I REDEEM THE COUPON IF I HAVE COLLECTED THE 10 STICKERS?
You can redeem your coupon either in person or after consultation by email. In all cases, we will be able to identify you based on the unique code on the card. Each coupon can be redeemed once. The coupon is non-transferable and can only be used with the stickers received after the person's orders.
WHAT CAN I EXCHANGE MY COUPON FOR?

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY GIFT COUPON?
Either in person or when placing an order via the website. Coupons can only be redeemed at the time of ordering, we cannot refund the price of the coupon from the order amount afterwards!
CAN I ORDER CUSTOM ORDERS (SIZES, STYLES)?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to make individual orders, we can only make products and sizes found on the webshop.
WHERE ARE THE CLOTHES MADE?
All of our garments are made entirely in Hungary and we also source the raw materials here.
